Caminul Felix has built a non-profit commercial organization, Action Felix. Action Felix focuses on developing a self-sustaining business model by managing a portfolio of integrated businesses while providing training and hands-on experiences for the children of Caminul Felix.

With two family villages in western Romania, Caminul Felix has been nurturing the physical, spiritual, emotional and socio-economic needs of the orphaned and abandoned children of Romania since 1990.
Caminul Felix is an independent, Christian organization with ties in Australia, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom and the United States. The organization relies heavily on private and corporate financial support and sustains an extensive network of international volunteers.

The teenage house is an active component of Teenage Adaptation Program. It is an apartment building with 14 double-occupancy apartments where Caminul Felix young adults can begin their transition into independent living.

Caminul Felix Choir have over a decade of national and international tours, across Romania, the United States, Sweden, United Kingdom, Norway and Australia. Caminul Felix Choir provides an opportunity for the children to share their talents and testimonies through music. The Choir also opens the children to the wonders of travel and meeting new sponsors. All children are given the opportunity to participate in the Choir.
